Pros

Health benefits (that are structured to be able to give you a high level of coverage without having to pay anything in to them). Options to have a health spending account and/or a wellness account. Discounts at Bell Aliant. Great social events. Fantastic training when writing your broker exam. Great pay + bonuses for upselling, cross selling and meeting targets. Maternity leave top up. 3 weeks vacation + 2 weeks sick leave to start.

Cons

Social events happen during the days but your schedule can make it hard to get to them. Training is great for exam but on the floor training and support is lacking. Can be hard to get time off. The pressure to adhere to metrics is very high and sometimes unrealistic. It puts a lot of stress on the staff. There is also pressure to adhere to schedule including exact break times which can be hard to do if you are in queue and get stuck with your phone ringing 2 minutes before break time. If you leave queue to go to the bathroom etc. it will mess up your metrics and you will have to answer to that. The hours are challenging.
