      High quality products, value based, and very professional. Lots of long time sales associates that are willing to collaborate and teach. Value based sales methodology. Customer centric.

      Cons

      Medium turnover rate. Out in Sandy so may require a commute.

      Pros

      Huge on work/life balance. Always works with me if I need time off or an early leave. Tries really hard not to call me on my days off. If there is something going to on during my day off it's an option not a requirement, to go in for it.

      Cons

      It can take a little too long to get answers from internal departments.

      Johnson RV is a family run business and a great place to work. Awesome inventory and co workers.
