      Pros

      Very positive, talented and creative team, best atmosphere. You feel like you are at home. Everything is possible. You can work from your home. The Sailfish OS project is very interesting and unique.

      Cons

      Sometimes management's decisions are not transparent as it claimed in corporate culture. Sometimes it is hard to find right person from HR team when everybody is on vacations.

      Pros

      Highly skilled colleagues. The office is in a good location of Tampere city.

      Cons

      Some people from chief-level management are quite arrogant, ignorant and rude, and they don't show respect to every employee. Very project and customers oriented.
