      - they hired some of the most talented people I’ve ever worked with - the product was ever changing to meet client demand and feasibility - convenient location

      Cons

      - start up mentality. You tend to wear many hats uncontrollably - founders hired on too quick and layoffs became eminent - unfortunately in software sales, it’s a revolving door
