Pros

Most of coworkers are pretty nice, although some teams have severe office politics. Regular 9 - 5 job to get by. Good place for retirement if you can survive that long in a mediocre place. - Perks: Jonas has a good gym in the office for employees. Only 10 bucks a month! Nice cafeteria space, but food court sucks.

Cons

- Mediocre products and no desire to improve. Business process is very old and lazy. KPIs are in place to compete with another departments; not to improve overall performance. - Most high level managers have been working there for many years and they hoard controls for job security. They make good money while rest of the employees get very low salary. They don't let newer employees make any impact what so ever! - Management is busy with giving each other promotions and pay raises. They pat each others back to look good to the parent company. Always saves own interest. - Management ignores employees all the time and too busy with short term performance reports. If anything goes wrong, they blame it on employees. - Some employees are very unprofessional and rude. Swears at office environment all the time.

Pros

It is a larger shell of companies, so the benefits are better than most I have had and still remain cost effective for a single person. My position and company within Jonas is fully remote, My coworkers are the highlight of my day.

Cons

The companies are super focused on using AI, but then they are so locked down in some of the minor companies that it's not worth it. Because there are so many companies that make up Jonas as a whole, there is always massive communication errors or lack of information from the top down. By time we get the first message from our managers, there are whole new sets of instructions. Pay increases are never scaled from your performance and barely cover any of the cost of living changes. You may get a bonus but that depends on a number that corporate calculates.
