You get a company car, credit card for expenses while you're on the road and discount on clothing.
Cons
You really have to be available 24/7. And you're on the road 60-75% of the time. Pay is not enough for the work you have to put in and sacrifices you have to make to hit your goals. They no longer allow employees to meet in person for sales meetings so coworkers don't see each other in person at all anymore.
