      Lots of opportunities for different levels of professionals Good team to work with Work from home Allowed to work from abroad 2 weeks per year All long weekends are extended, meaning if a holiday is on Monday, you get the Friday off as well

      Priorities are constantly overlapping, which makes the environment stressful The extra hours are not paid No pension plan Tight deadlines

      - great team - good mentorship from exec level - fast paced environment - good location downtown - great company culture

      Cons

      - young company so there is lots of things to do. If you prefer a job where you only wear one hat this may not be the company for you.
