Beautiful jewelry. Owners and some upper managment are extremely understanding and caring if you are going through personal problems. Great place to express your inner creative side.
Cons
PR at the time was beyond awful! Quite embarssing, actually. Wasn't the right image for company, which clearly affected the sales. There are a few roaches that don't add anything to the company and get credit they don't deserve. A lot of backstapping! Although the owners are extremely supportive, they listen to the wrong people.
