Great Place to Work! - Design Assistant Julie Rootes Interiors Employee Review

I wrote a review a year ago was I was only a few months in with the company. This is a follow up post to report the I am still a very happy employee. The environment is supportive, professional and fun. The CEO could give a master class on how to be a good boss :)

This is a small firm. The benefits package is offered can't compete with larger companies. There are not many opportunities for upward growth which is probably the main reason anyone would move to a different firm.

Small nice office. The people are all super nice and welcoming. Management really goes out of her way to make sure people are taken care of and have what they need to do their job. Good work/life balance and company culture.

Office is very small with no privacy.
