      Pros

      I've been at JumpCrew since the beginning and have loved working here, not every day is easy but seeing how much a dedicated group can accomplish in a short amount of time has been amazing. For the most part (besides the loud disgruntleds) everybody is pulling in the same direction and excited to grow with the company.

      Cons

      JumpCrew takes a lot of chances on people (hiring people without experience) and when things dont work out they tend to make it JumpCrews and everybody else's fault instead of taking responsibility.

      Pros

      Remote Work as an option on select days.

      Cons

      Terminating and Furloughing employees at the end of a contract. Not providing advanced notice to employees that contracts are expiring to allow them time to replace their income. Intentionally lying to employees about the situation and their job security. Not paying employees on time. Constant change in management. Constant move of goal posts and KPIs. Relying on outdated sales practices.
