Pros

The people whom I've worked with were super friendly and nice. They were helpful and I got along with them just fine.

Cons

Where do I begin... management tries to do too much and there isn't a clear path guiding employees to a common goal. I didn't like that I wasn't given a room to build my own system, but I was required to take on whatever the company presented to me. Aside from management issues, the JF as an agency doesn't really give a good return of investment to clients. Any client who can properly do an audit of JF digital marketing service will know that they can take the money to another house.

As one of Canada's fastest growing companies in Canada for a 5th year in a row, our clients see incredible ROI as high as 7200%. Our client retention is 96% and the percentage of clients who come to us via client referrals is above industry average. Typical employees share that this is the greatest learning they have ever experienced and in 6-12 months they typically learn as much as they have in 3-5 years at other organizations. The roles here are not meant for people who are looking to coast. Our core values dictate that you are tenacious and driven and as such if you are looking for rapid growth and learning this is the place for you.

Pros

Excellent exposure to the full marketing lifecycle, including SEO, branding, and campaign planning. It’s a great place to sharpen both creative and analytical skills.

Cons

Deadlines can be quite tight, especially during major campaigns. Expect unexpected increases in workload that require strong time-management skills.

Pros

Working at Jumpfactor as a Web Designer has been a really positive experience. I get to design meaningful projects, collaborate with a talented team, and keep improving my skills. The environment is fast-moving, but it’s also supportive, and I feel trusted to bring my own ideas to the table. Great creative freedom, helpful teammates, and lots of opportunities to build new design skills across diverse projects.

Cons

Timelines can feel tight sometimes, but strong communication and teamwork make everything manageable.
