Creative and Inspiring Workspace: The workspace design team creates stunning and cost-effective workspaces that are a pleasure to work in. Efficient IT Support: The IT team is reliable and resolves issues quickly, ensuring a smooth work experience. Supportive Sales Team: The sales team is more than just salespeople; they actively collaborate with marketing on campaigns and photoshoots.

Cons

Limited Business Travel Opportunities: For some, travel might be a perk, and JustCo's focus might be more on teams within Singapore. Limited Opportunities to Work Closely with Asia Pacific Teams: While JustCo is an Asia Pacific company, your role might not involve frequent interaction with regional teams. A New Chapter for Me: Now, you might ask - if it's such a great place to work, why am I leaving? It's a purely personal decision. It's time to chase a new adventure, and explore different horizons. Leaving has nothing to do with the company itself. It's a testament to the incredible work environment they've built that I feel comfortable venturing out to pursue something new. I want to be upfront - this review is completely self-initiated. No one asked me to write it. I wanted to share my positive experience at JustCo with potential candidates.

Pros

Junior to middle-level staff are generally nice and helpful. But this is quickly eroded and doesn't matter anyway, since the erratic founder and haphazard senior management prefer to disregard realities on the ground and hastily override junior/middle management decisions simply based on whims and fancies

Cons

Tries too hard to be like Company W, but fails miserably at delivering a product, service and culture that rival market competitors. Cutting costs is the sole answer to everything by senior management, ranging from product offering to salaries, leading to high dissatisfaction among tenants and employees alike. The founder has little business sense and tends to act on whims and fancies, leading to haphazard and irrational decision making. Extremely high turnover and low morale - 1 VP, 3 Managers and 2 Executives left in a span of 6 months within a particular department. You are simply a disposable expendable here.
