If you have a good team on the floor the job itself pretty nice.

Upper management is completely unorganised, unhelpful and has no regards for its employees working at the stores. Very clueless, takes ages and some times doesn't reply to important messages/emails at all. Our salary was late for months without any explanation. Monthly bonus was not paid the first month due to upper management simply forgetting about it. If you're in a position (as an assistant manager/manager) where you have to deal with upper management directly just forget about it.
