Pros
I don't really see any good working at this company. What they are publishing is a Job opening as a CSR but they will give you a job as a VA Ang will pay you as a CSR.
Cons
They do not pay you your final salary not even your tax refund. They will take advantage people who needs a the job and they are low balling then in terms of salary. Benefits you don't get to have the HMO benefits on day one but after 6 months or regularization.
