Worst management culture. All the managers are Asians, and they follow their Asian culture where they make you work tirelessly and do not care about your health or safety. On very hot days if you ask them for cold water, they say that they will give it when they think it's appropriate. If you are injured, they will not care and say that you can still work. Managers shout at employees and talk very rudely.
