Management is cooperative, encourage faculties for development and research, we get reimbursement for all research papers we publish, we get FDPs periodically.

As such there is cons i found in last four years of my tenure.

The working hours are reasonable, generally from 9 AM to 4 PM, along with a relaxed punch-in flexibility till 9:10 AM, which is better compared to many nearby universities. The leave policies are supportive, and the overall workload is manageable, helping employees maintain a good work-life balance. The university also promotes a strong research culture by encouraging publications and providing good incentives for research activities. The working environment is cooperative and growth-oriented, making it a good place for academicians looking for stability, research opportunities, and professional development.
