Highly appreciated organization in Delhi NCR with a positive work culture - Assistant Professor K.R. Mangalam University Employee Review

Management is cooperative, encourage faculties for development and research, we get reimbursement for all research papers we publish, we get FDPs periodically.

As such there is cons i found in last four years of my tenure.

K.R. Mangalam University offers a positive and balanced work environment for faculty members. The infrastructure is modern and well maintained, creating a professional academic atmosphere. The working hours are reasonable, generally from 9 AM to 4 PM, along with a relaxed punch-in flexibility till 9:10 AM, which is better compared to many nearby universities. The leave policies are supportive, and the overall workload is manageable, helping employees maintain a good work-life balance. The university also promotes a strong research culture by encouraging publications and providing good incentives for research activities. The working environment is cooperative and growth-oriented, making it a good place for academicians looking for stability, research opportunities, and professional development.
