Pros
This might be fit for people who loves small company and flat organisation. Flexible hours and workplace. Clear boundary on each department, so a bit difficult if you like working cross department. Vibes are good. Most staffs are supportive and expertise.
Cons
Benefits are really depending on local office and local regulations. Head office and European offices get better benefits. For Asian office, there will be a bare minimum as per laws. Don’t expect on bonus, it’ll never happen.
