Terrible company - avoid at all costs - Anonymous employee KB Insurance Employee Review

This company does not know what they are doing. It's a wonder how they are still in business. The salary is horrible and much lower than the competition. Management constantly changes so there is no stability. Every department is short staffed and very few know what they are doing. There will probably not be a replacement hire when someone quits and management will expect you to do their job on top of your job . There is no incentive to perform at your job and you may even be looked down at if you do your job well. Koreans get better treatment than those who are not Korean. Also, don't expect a high salary yearly increase or annual bonus. I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone.
