      Pros

      I really enjoy working here. The company has good communication, everyone is approachable and supportive, Working at KB Tech has been very positive and they have a strong work-life balance which makes a huge difference in day-today happiness and overall motivation in work.

      Cons

      As a smaller, but growing company the processes are still improving but leadership and all teams are supportive and open to feedback.

      Pros

      100% Remote working, some nice people.

      Cons

      Clueless senior management who take criticism of badly designed and implemented software as a personal attack. Knowledge is siloed by individuals and not willingly shared. Acts as if it's a startup but with 20+ years of legacy dragging behind them.

      Pros

      The company has a small employee base of just over 20. Good chance to gain experience, exposure and qualifications. Work life balance is very good.

      Cons

      Being a small company some processes are in there infancy though the management team is very receptive and responsive.
