It took me 2 weeks to decide to leave this firm since I started. No procedures, policies, plannings or collaboration. Entire firm, at least accounting/tax teams, doesn't understand what the team work means. Clients are very high volume of small basic clients. Partners don't communicate, and the firm is being operated almost as a family business retail store like..IT support doesn't exist. It might be a good place for you if you are coming from a firm < 10 people and if you don't want any future growth but just want to get your paychecks every 2 weeks. Employee portion health insurance cost is ridiculously high.
