Pros
You can WFH 3 out of 5 days of the week. The medical and other benefits are satisfactory. The pay is decent, but you might find yourself having to advocate heavily for even a small raise from your starting salary.
Cons
You do not have the flexibility to choose the two days you work in the office. Access to GP Product has been discontinued. Additionally, there is a noticeable amount of favoritism within the organization. This company preaches about their PBM and values but operates with a "good ole boys" network in place.
