We provide our KC delivery drivers and our on the road account representatives with air conditioned vehicles. Our call centre, admin office and show room are air-conditioned. The only ones that don't have a/c is the warehouse and the president's office. Other than providing A/C we can't do much to control the weather. Upper management is very involved in the daily operations of the company. Communication between the departments needs some work so that all employees are aware of what is going on within the company. Not sure what they former employee was talking about in reference to Red Bull corporate. We do not deal with that company. We value all of our KC team members. They play a key role in our continuing success.
