Pros

decent vacation and good insurance

Cons

- Upper management leaders are not fluent in English - ad hoc projects are okay, but there is no clear communication on what the duties are and no leadership from anyone above to help educate the new hires to learn the job. - The main point: no leadership, no guidance - Too many personal sacrifices to work on weekends

Pros

Met some of the kindest colleagues here, where we trauma bonded, good stepping stone to going into real non-profits with healthier workplace environment.

Cons

Besides meeting kind coworkers, the CEO and Leadership are old, vile conservatives who hate young talent. There is a korean term called Kkondae which means, "an older person, who expects unquestioning obedience from juniors/younger persons", they are quick to criticize you and not afraid to yell in front of everyone, and they will never admit their own mistakes. They are korean-dominated so obviously racist to anyone else, and their leadership does not know how to run anything, only then relying on younger talent to do the heavywork, and they take all the credit for it. You will never feel happy working here, suggest running from this place if you are already trapped here. Pay is also diabolical unless you are a department head, then you're just getting paid way too much to be useless.
