Management - don't talk to each other and all think their jobs are far more important than anyone elses. Pay - x1 1/3 first 2 hours - joke You're no more than a number to them, a cash cow to be milked until you're no longer useful or dare to stand up for yourself. Charge ridiculous prices and pass as little as possible onto the employees
