Pros
It’s been close to two years now since I joined Key Difference. I joined as a fresher, and almost immediately I was given the post of a Project Coordinator. I was given training for a couple of weeks and then I was on my own. I learned quite a lot working on my own. In Key Difference, there is no one to keep questioning you. You have to deal with the pressure to work hard, as everyone around you is very competitive. The open door policy here is almost perfect. If I have any doubts, I can simply walk into the room of my Senior Manager. And sometimes, the management works alongside employees like me. The freedom that employees enjoy here helps people grow personally and professionally. Employees can work from anywhere – even from the lunch room! The people are good, and there are great opportunities for freshers to learn and grow.
Cons
The initial package for freshers is low, and you have to prove yourself before you expect any hike.
