KFMC offers generous employment packages, has such a diverse staff and provides a great holiday schedule. They also offer Western(US/UK) approved courses for the staff to further or maintain education hours.

The challenges are two fold. For the local staff, you work with many foreign guest workers. The guest workers are paid more for doing the same job. They are granted some more freedoms. For the guest workers, you are in a foreign country which has strict rules which are adhered to for the common good. Both sides find the positives outweigh these negatives.
