Pros

Good for freshers coz lots of stuff there to learn then change after one year

Cons

Below Reasons: 1. No medical benefits to employees 2. In NZ the average salary of grads accountant is $3-4K and this company pay only $300-$400 per months to staff means 10 times lower. 3. Overtime pay rate is Rs60-80 means $1.5 to $2 per hour. Do you think is it ok for an Accountant. 4. Management part only in one hand. Everything decides by a single person (HR, Staff hiring, clients meeting, Accounting and non-accounting work). No management at all. 5. If any staff leave the company then they threatened to same staff by sending legal notice by a lawyer demanding huge money and not to join within 200 miles (I have proof of 10-15 staff) 6. They have authority to fire staff at any time. 7. Too much overtime and company force to staff to do overtime ( my overtime was 90-110 hours monthly when I was there)

Pros

100% travel position. Decent pay. Work with Military and first responders. Medical coverage is decent.

Cons

100% travel position. The scheduling team does not coordinate with customers. Be prepared for customers to not know that you were coming, or that they have expressed concerns/issues and have not heard anything back. Ineffective communication with clients. Many clients complain about a lack of communication with higher-ups. Does not have a standard process for ensuring up-to-date information on technical drawings and other important documents that are required in a traveling field tech position. No concern for safety. Just need to get the job done. No onboarding. Senior members and engineers can and will talk to or treat you in any way they feel and leadership will give excuses for their known behavior. There's a noticeable absence of management intervention in conflict resolution. This is a crucial area where our leadership can step in and ensure a harmonious work environment. Gatekeeping of information.
