Pros
Small team setup for easy communication on projects and assignments. Startup culture with a largely young workforce. Laid back attitude with consistent company outings, free lunches, and nice people.
Cons
Small office space with growing number of employees makes for some awkward space issues, desks getting moved around, conference room issues etc. Should be solved with the planned addition of new space to the office.
