      Pros

      Casual, Flexibility, no micromanagement, employees get to enjoy activities

      Cons

      Staff rates given are usually more expensive or similar as online merchants rates. Barely can find young bloods. The management always seek for changes but majority, especially the senior employees refuse to change for better, they kinda like sticking with old school working style, therefore there’s no proper SOP for everything, and any important messages are basically conveyed via WhatsApp instead of email. Prepare to be receiving updates and meeting invites 24/7 in different whatsapp groups (email serves no purpose)

      -Really enjoy the WFH benefit -Good medical benefits -Good friendly colleague -A lot of opportunity to learn new things -Work time flexibility (as long 8 hours a day)

      Cons

      -Feel a lot racism to certain races group -a lot of pressure from superior without any support -ridiculous deadline for certain project -no proper guideline for job
