Pros
The pay was great and there was occasional staff meal if you were fast enough
Cons
Most of the management is lazy and will be on their phone all day but won't allow you a 5 minute break for a vape. They will only talk to staff that come from the same cloth and will then tell you that you don't fit in because you don't connect or talk to anybody. They will tell you that you work too hard but at the same time you don't do enough. They will throw you in the deep end without showing you anything and will then roll their eyes and talk behind your back if you don't know how to do something. They drive people out on purpose to hire their own family and will share what you said in the meetings between them for a laugh. Shift patterns are also very bad sometimes you could end up working from 9am to 10pm with very little breaks.
