Because of EIT funding there is a disconnect between goals set, and what is truly achievable. Lacking a strong inter office connection and CRM to share contacts Not attractive to top startups due to lack of branding and investment restrictions. Communication and marketing needs to improve to attract better startups Too much emphasis on workers being physically present due to lack of remote work infrastructure and project management implementation. Some unmotivated employees that have been in the company too long and give a sensation there is little chance for upward mobility for new hires.
