      Pros

      Got to learn about all the various departments, what their individual roles were and how they interacted with the other departments in order to create an efficacious operational company.

      Cons

      Could be a little less rigid, communication between various segments could be a little better and more effective.

      Very friendly work culture and great place to learn

      Cons

      Iron dust is everywhere. I didn't know there was a private canteen inside till the last day of my internship. I had to go 1 km to have lunch. For employees free meal is given separate.

      Pros

      More and more responsibility was given to those who gave the best results.That is how I could see my self as Director at the end of my carrier.

      Cons

      Govt help was not forth coming in some issues.
