Exec staff lays out the plans for the upcoming year and provides goals for all to contribute to reach the company goals for that year. A LOT of growth that is outpacing the business processes and systems ability to keep up with the change but everyone is heads down working to make it happen. Excellence is rewarded.

I would have stated distance vendors in supply chain impacting everyone's jobs but that is being corrected with onshoring of part fabrication.

You get to do a lot of work that will never be realized.

Leadership couldn't run a lemonade stand.
