Pros
- Talented colleagues, you can learn a lot from them. (But most of them leave company, not sure for now) - Provide free snacks and drinks - Company encourage people to take lesson, sometimes it also provide opportunity to take free lesson. - You can learn how to build up a product from scratch, I can't say they're running a good mechanism but it's better than none. - Have interesting activities. eg. afternoon tea, Christmas party, etc.
Cons
- Lack of career opportunity. After awhile, you'll know it's time to leave. - People in management haven't found a good way to deal with their clients. It harms all people in company. - Hard to make change. After company grows, every decision that management make, tends to stable and conservative. - Low salary for senior.
