Small company culture at its best. The higher-ups really care about the well-being of their staff and show it with perks such as regular company gatherings. Standard company benefits, including 401k, medical, and others. Opportunities to work on interesting projects in the DC metro area. Management is very approachable and understanding of life's challenges.
