      Fair pay, working from home.

      Cons

      Klekt seemed like a good opportunity at first but right before the end of the probation period they decided to “cancel my position” to let another guy in the company, as a freelance and less expensive. The “community impact” they want to have is simply not affecting if nobody cares about the company, not even the people that work for it. Overall bad management, poor communication and poor transparency

      Terrible upper management and leadership of the overall company. Bad synastry between departments, leading to clashes and unnecessary drama.

      Pros

      Flexible working times, layed back office. The product itself has a lot of potential.

      Cons

      Poor upper management, poor decisions made with Engineering and absolutely no company culture makes everyday here feel like working at a circus. I typically see employees asleep at their desks. Whilst there are plans to build an office in central London the current location is still bad. Being next to dual carriage way in Acton It's a bit of a walk from any tube station.
