      Pros

      Nothing good to say. Bait and Switch to hire people. You could make more money bar tending. Do not get tricked into taking this position like I did.

      Cons

      LI rep is a total LOSER. Do not get tricked like I did. The position has an extremely high turnover rate. They promise you things before you get hired then treat you like a slave. You are on call 24/7 and that is not an exaggeration. They pay you $55K a year and expect you to do a job like you are being paid $150K. You will be at the mercy of a tall, bald insecure moron. I quit after a month. Work for a legitimate company like Stryker instead.

      Decent work-life balance and overall friendliness of coworkers/office.

      Cons

      They do not negotiate salary or any compensation changes. Even justifiable increases are denied and not revisited. Annual raises are typically 3-5%. Incentive for good hard work is minimal.
