- High visibility with upper management, more exposure to various opportunities/customers, and the ability to actually carve my own career path. - Management also spends a lot of time directly interfacing with all employees, giving the opportunity to learn from their extensive experience in the industry. - Performance reviews, promotions, company (plus individual) bonuses, and raises are better than industry standards. Employees are treated more than fairly when it comes to competitive compensation. - KM invests in people; not short-term contracts nor contract contingent employment. While keeping the company profitable is a necessity for any small business, KM will retain good people on the bench until more billable work comes down the pipeline. - The company truly recognizes hard work, fosters it, rewards it, and tries to accommodate to employee needs and challenges. - Work-life balance is exceptional, because the company prioritizes what matters. As long as employees are delivering quality work and exceeding company & customer expectations (keeping the customer happy, and KM profitable), the company works with its resources to make everyone happy. - When I tore my ACL, I received nothing but support and encouragement from the company and my co-workers. Not only were we able to work around my surgery, recovery, and 9 months of physical therapy, but we also found solutions to seamlessly continue providing exceptional support to my customer. I've seen other valuable employees move to various parts of the country (even different time zones), and KM found a way to retain their full-time employment. - Excellent company culture, people, and customers.

Benefit information initially provided was not clear and changed when hired. Annual reviews are not consistent and based on relationship with management and not on work performed. It is a small company that micro-manages employees. Extra benefits provided are a bonus, and a gift once a year, but not worth the stress of micro-management. Micro-management style makes you feel like you are working full-time for 2 companies. Lacks sufficient HR support... only one person. No promising career future. High turnover.
