      best place for the freshers to get highly experienced in most of all the stages in our assigned roles, along with that we will be trained with good organizational behavior.

      as it is vast organization some of our talents and hard work cannot be notified from superiors.

      No pressure on time schedules & rules of the company.

      Cons

      The only problem is little salary we are having,not enough in our everyday living especially if we experienced cash shortages they will deduct from our small salary.
