Pros
I was associated with KNAV for almost a year and left recently. 1. Good peers and management. 2. Nice people and helpful environment. 3. The success rate for an article becoming a CA in first attempt here is more than anywhere in India, per my knowledge. 4. Cafeteria and other facilities are nicely maintained. 5. Great place to learn US GAAP 6. Salaries are timely payment
Cons
1. Managers here needs basic training on work allocation 2. Some team members here pretends working very hard but are doing what an intern can perform 3. I.T person is rude and unprofessional 4. Micromanaging from upper level of management sometimes becomes very irritating
