      Great company, terrible finance team - Accountant KNIME Employee Review

      Pros

      Definitely a great place to work, if you can take advantage of your knowledge and experience and grow with the company. First make sure your direct colleagues are the people they present themselves to be.

      Cons

      Worst work experience: there is no communication, respect and esteem in a team where no one dares to express their opinion, except for those who crawl with boss or are just psycho intimidators. Unequal treatment, humiliations, baseless accusations.

We are conscious about the fact that we do have a somewhat "no bullshit get stuff done" culture.       Pros

      The company cares about their employees. People are encouraged to take time off and avoid burn out. There are opportunities to travel for almost all roles. The company is still growing and they are open to suggestions for improvements to processes and procedures. Great culture and vibe with coworkers. People are willing to collaborate across teams and help each other.

      Cons

      Remote work can be a struggle. Time difference between EU and US team makes planning meetings a challenge.
