      Pros

      While working at KNIPEX-Tools, you gain another family. Everyone is very friendly and genuinely cares for you. KNIPEX-Tools is one of the best employers I have ever worked for. The benefits, salary and career path advancements are top notch. KNIPEX-Tools is an industry leader and all employees feel like leaders within the organization. Management is amazing at this company, I have never felt so comfortable with management in my career until KNIPEX-Tools. The President of KNIPEX-Tools has an open door policy and that is unheard of. It is a very special place to work and I hope you get to experience working with KTLP in the future.

      Great company that strives to be better every day. Leadership genuinely listens to employee feedback and invests in improving processes.       Pros

      Excellent work life balance. Corporate Headquarters located in Europe, and has the European values in regard to benefits, personal/vacation time. Fun environment that is very uplifting and supportive.
