Average pay, terrible benefits in general. Typical startup BS. Was part of a layoff out of the blue because they were "not doing well financially." Some big wig needed their stock portfolio to go up, that's it. They're backed by a huge venture firm, so the layoffs were completely short sighted and they weren't hurting. No loyalty, no feedback, you're a disposable cog. Don't work here unless you like being laid off as the profit off your hard work.
