Flexible hours can't outweigh poor management and bullying - Catering Assistant KSG Employee Review

Abusive managers and leaders, who love to bully and gossip in the workplace; we have nowhere suitable to eat, we have to eat in the passenger waiting areas; there is a lack of organisation and too few staff for the high demand for services. All of the above shows a lack of respect for employees; it is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for in my entire life. Several colleagues have left due to the terrible management by the leaders, which affects mental health.
