- There are no bonuses for the Search Associates, only for the seniors and managers.
- No yearly salary increase, can only get an increase if you get promoted.
- No formal training, so it can be hard to grasp at first if you totally have no idea how external recruitment works.
- Some clients are stressful to handle because a lot of them are not consistent in giving updates regarding the candidates/process and have unrealistic qualifications.
- Some superiors can be demotivating.
