Pros
Very friendly CEO and recruiter.
Cons
No way to be innovative and create new way to market products. There is a strict structure that has been set up by a mother company but the CEO never mentions it, just says that "they" let her pick the name, KT Promotions. These types of marketing companies tend to last about a year because they're scraping by on pop-up shop/door to door sales commission. Even at management levels you'll still be selling lotion to people at Costco.
