      Pros

      Lots of potential for adventure, they appreciate hard work, good location, pretty comfortable work environment, managers are very good and understanding.

      Cons

      Very small workforce. You have to pull your weight because they try to do much with very little. Too comfortable with being the #1 station so people get lazy.
