Pros
Great benifits packages. The benifits are great hoever they may be take detailed information to access. Most of the employes are very smart and hard working. The company has several contracts that will ensure a job into the future.
Cons
The mangment is incompetnt at the upper and lower levers. Mid level managers carry all the load and are the reason the company continues to be profitable. The paperwork is continually changing with HR and sometimes upper managment and lower managment have no idea what the other wants. The employees are overworked. Performance or your abilities will not be considered outside your job title.
