      Pros

      Manager at Midland location was great and tried to improve a sinking ship.

      Cons

      Upper management did not listen to the needs of employees and did not help when asked for assistance. No real processes or organization within the company.

      Unorganized - no clear mission. Employees treated as disposable and not with much empathy.
